We have experienced our fair share of living in poor quality housing since we left home. In one rental property we lived in, the landlord didn't fix the broken boiler for 5 years. We lived in properties with damp, broken glazing and questionable electric installations. We used to watch Homes Under the Hammer every Sunday and dream of how one day we would be able to buy a property on auction and make it into a beautiful home - and we did!

As a result of the poor experience of living in low quality rented accommodation we were passionate about making a change. This is why we are so committed about helping others by providing the highest quality homes and being good landlords.
